RICHANA Return & Refund Policy
At RICHANA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assess the issue.
Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed after review and approval by our team.
Please note:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Return requests submitted after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
