Richana currently delivers exclusively within Egypt.

Estimated delivery times:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• All other governorates within Egypt: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be contacted to verify their order before dispatch.

In the event that a confirmed Cash on Delivery order is refused upon delivery, the customer shall be responsible only for the applicable shipping charges incurred in processing and dispatching the order.
